I will always question my life now
What's on your mind?
I'm new! Anyone still here? Does anyone want to roleplay?
I am new to the series and am not sure if this wiki is still active for edits, posts etc.
Please have an admin respond.
Throughout the series, a few characters are mentioned but not included in the series. For instance, in the series, a few historical figures are noted as having gold auras (such as Moctezuma, Osei Tutu, Askia, Tutankhamun, and King Midas). Of those characters, only Tutankhamun and King Midas are discussed beyond a brief mention.
Some pages we have on the wiki describe characters that are fairly insignificant, and instead draw on information from stories and legends rather than the series itself (which is arguably dangerous, since Michael Scott often puts a twist on the original lore).
I'm wondering how people feel about getting rid of the pages that exist without content from the series. I've added the Category:Characters that do not appear in the series tag to a number of these pages, but not all of them. Below is a list of pages which I feel are not necessary; please tell me what does/does not belong on that list, or if you disagree with my ideas entirely!
- Black Annis (maybe)
There are currently no active admins on this site. Given how much there to be done (moving/deleting pages, unlocking certain pages), I believe it's important we organise a few new staff-members who are able to tackle the problem.
Who should become an admin? Well, some criteria need to be agreed upon so we have some form of benchmark, but here are a few ideas I'm putting forward (feel free to discuss or contest any suggestions, or come up with some more):
- You have made a significant contribution (say, 150+ edits) to the pages on this Wikia. Your editing must be constructive to the Wikia and its pages (i.e., adding information and media, deleting irrelevant and erroneous information, categorizing, revising and improving articles, etc). Activities that do not improve Wikia content, such as editing userpages, do not count.
- You have been fairly active on the Wikia for a reasonable span of time (say, 14 days)
- You have not recently been "up to no good" on ANY Wikia or Wiki Project. This includes things like vandalism and putting down other users.
This post will be open for discussion for at least a week (longer if necessary). If you have suggestions, comments, or opinions on the matter, please continue the discussion!
There are a few cases of inconsistency in terms of where we leave something as a single page and where we turn it into two pages. For instance, Romulus and Remus are only ever referred to together, and yet they have individual pages (which are almost identical). Meanwhile, Phobos and Deimos only get one page, even though they too always come as a pair. I don't have a preference whether we use a single page or two pages, but we should be consistent.
Also, on a similar note: We have a page for Richard Newman, Sara Newman, Isis, Osiris, and Isis and Osiris (jointly). Now you could definitely argue that the "Richard Newman/Sarah Newman" and "Osiris/Isis" pages should be kept separate (that's what we did for the Josh page and the Marethyu page, and I definitely think those need to stay separate). However the "Isis and Osiris" page seems completely unnecessary to me unless we also get rid of the "Isis" page and the "Osiris" page.
Anyway, just interested to hear what you guys think the best solutions to these problems are.
Can someone tell me whats the difference between Chronos and Kronos? Are they the same, or a different Elder? This is a question that i have since i readed Nicolas Flamel and Percy Jackson.
and if he has adoptive parents how could he be older that them?
Enlighten me guys ! I have a lot of questions ;)
1st. On the first book , the alchemyst , chapter 14 page 56 (i'm using ebook) hekate said that she was there when Abraham set down the first word of power in the book, she says she saw him trap the magic of first working, the oldest magic, in its sheet but when i read the enchantress , i realize that hekate is not even there when abraham was writing the book , it was always tsagaglal . Is there some sort of mistake with this ? 2nd. On the first book , same page and chapter , hekate also said that the humani are ape descendants . But on the warlock i discovered that the humani are clays that are made to life bcoz of prometheus aura when he and the witch ventured to the nameless city ! What's the truth with this ? Is this some sort of another mistake ? 3rd. What is abraham the mage !? An elder or a humani ? On the early chapters of the book he's identity is still hidden , others say he was neither an elder or humani but on the last book , he is already considered an elder as tsagaglal said it in the enchantress, chapter 54 If he is an elder , an original from an elder race , how come he was able to touch and make the codex and hekate cant touch it as she said on the first book same page and chapter i mentioned ? Another mistake ?
My new kitten, I named him Hairball.
Josh is stuck in endless paradox right plus there will be another Josh Newman to take his place again and again so he will never truely live forever just until the new Josh takes his place??
Plus Knowing Everything is uselles if you just get replaced at the end know nothing yet again
so, in the first book of the series, Nicholas Flamel was arranging apple peels on the table in the Yggdrasil shadowrealm in what Sophie thought appeared to be some sort of letters. Then, In either the Sorceress or the Magician Scathach was seen doing the same thing in the diner in France, right?
Why? Did they ever explain that? Were they just bored, or was it some kind of spell?
All I know is that Prometheus is the Master of Fire, and Zephaniah (the Witch of Endor) is the Mistress of Air. I'm curious on who is the masters/mistress of Earth and Water?
Who are your favorite Charakters? Mine are:
I would enjoy any of them but if I had to choose, Exacalibur.
Could you make books of Scatty's, Saint Germain's, Palamedes', Marethyu's, and Niten's adventures?
