Ard-Greimne is the Elder father of both Scathach and Aoife. He survived the fall of Danu Talis, along with his wife and son, and his daughters were the first of the Next Generation to be born. It is possible that Zephaniah and Mars Ultor are his parents, which would make Romulus and Remus his brothers. However, when the Witch of Endor is first introduced, she insists that Scathach contact her mother, but doesn't mention her father. This is possibly a hint that she cares little for Ard-Greimne, and/or that he is her son-in-law, rather than her son.
It is assumed that his side is by which his children are related to Prometheus and Zephaniah, as he has the red hair and green eyes they have, while his wife is mentioned to have red eyes, which may or may not be an aspect of The Change. However, they have been traits of the Clan they were a part of. He was the warden of the Prison of Danu Talis, and was shown to have contempt and hatred for the humani, prepared to shoot several thousand of them to make the rest flee the prison. He was not loving or particularly caring towards his second generation twin daughters, Scathach and Aoife.
The Change at its beginning stage caused his skull to elongate, leaving him with only a small wispy mustache. He is said to have resented his daughters, as they were next-generation Elders and instead favors his elder son, who was born an Elder like him and his wife during the time of Danu Talis still stood.
He lives in a Shadowrealm fashioned after Danu Talis with his wife and son.

- Immortality: Ard-Greimne is Immortal and does not age. Though an immortal may be poisoned or slain in battle, they may live for thousands or millions of years.
